Absolutely fantastic service, communication was brilliant, came out within the hour to access the situation and sorted the bathroom tape that wouldn't turn off, so considerate as partner is very poorly and Scott arranged around our time due to many hospital appointments , would recommend very highly, thank you so much

Called yesterday, and he came round in between jobs and spent the time we needed to investigate a water leak from our shower. He was very knowledgeable, honest and ensured to inform us what needs doing and the advice we needed.

I wery impressed with Scott when he fixed a blockage for me this afternoon. He arrived promptly, and quickly and efficiently solved the problem whilst all the time explaining what he was doing and giving preventative advice. Very polite and friendly and highly recommended.
Called for advice, came out within an hour or so. Very helpful, as work needed to be carried out before plumbing could be accessed. Got advice re future work that would help. Overall, very satisfied indeed and have no hesitation in calling again, if and when, need arises.

My electric shower stopped working in the morning, I gave Scott at Pipers Reactive Plumbing a call after being recommended him from a friend and he was able to pop out that day just after 12! The best part was, he was able to source a replacement shower for me on that day with no hassle. Super efficient and friendly service, I highly recommend using Scott and will be using him for future jobs!

Had an issue with kitchen sink. Scott came over and had this fixed in no time, nice guy, great work and done in a professional manor, highly recommend.
Scott came and looked at our blocked toilet, had previously contact a few other plumbers who were unable to help. Scott was very professional and helpful! Turns out the bloo power active toilet cleaner had fallen off during a flush and got stuck, Scott managed to get it out with no problem and we have a properly flushing toilet again. Will definitely recommend and use him again for future repairs.
Scott fixed several ongoing issues that three other plumbers have not been able to. He also spotted two other issues that were causing leaks and fixed them efficiently. I appreciated Scott taking the time to talk me through all the issues and how he was fixing them. Scott was transparent with the cost and very fair on price. I will be using Scott again for my plumbing issues and I will be recommending him to all those who are struggling to find a decent plumber!
